Great Falls International Airport

Great Falls is centrally located where the mountains meet the high plains of Montana.  Tourists come from all over the world to visit two of the nation’s premier national parks, and both are within easy driving distance from Great Falls.

About 3 1/2 hours south of Great Falls, a straight shot down scenic U.S. Hwy 89, is Yellowstone National Park, with the world’s greatest concentration of thermal features, hot springs and geysers.

Glacier National Park, with its majestic peaks and glacial lakes, is a 2 1/2 hour, big-sky drive north from Great Falls.  Glacier and its sister park, Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta, Canada, form the Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park.

Interstate 15 runs north-south through Great Falls.  Within 150 miles of the city, you will find four of Montana’s six other major cities:  Missoula, Helena, Butte, and Bozeman.

Several major airlines serve the Great Falls International Airport with daily non-stop flights from Denver, Salt Lake City, Minneapolis and Seattle and weekly non-stop flights from Phoenix and Las Vegas.

Clearance for international flights and cargo is provided by a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office.  Front Range Aviation and Holman Aviation offers charters, fuel and aircraft maintenance services.
